Brett Wilson is a Senior Business Operations Executive who has spent the past 15+ years pioneering major business growth strategies and improving business units for the training industry. His expertise spans many corporate areas, with a firm grasp of essential P&L and client management in support of commercial and government accounts. He is a seasoned training professional with more than 24 years experience in the training, learning and human performance improvement industry.
In his role as Principal Consultant for BCS Analytics, Mr. Wilson has provided critical learning strategy advice and services to several prominent organizations including Cummins, Inc, Raytheon, Bechtel Engineering, Shell Oil, Cognizant, Stanford University, and the National Defense University. He is currently serving as Senior Vice President of Business Development for U.S. Corporate Education and also serves as an Advisor to USCE’s Board of Directors. Mr. Wilson has held executive management positions with RWD Technologies as the Director of Learning Solutions; General Physics Corporation, where he served as Director of Multimedia Technologies; at iLearning and Capstar (subsidiary companies of Sylvan and The Educational Testing Service) as Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Services; at Carney Interactive where he served as Vice President of Operations; and at Knowledge Management Solutions Inc., as Vice President of Operations. In these positions, Brett provided leadership and consulting to literally hundreds of commercial and government clients. He has played a key role in some of the largest training initiatives ever fielded and is recognized as an industry thought leader in the area of training technology. Mr. Wilson is a frequent speaker at industry conferences. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Education from the University of Illinois, Carbondale.
